Refurbished is a previously loved tech that goes through a rigorous process of examination, reparation and sanitisation to prepare it for its next life. We ensure that every Certified Refurbished tech device is fully functional. It has been through a 50 point check. Based on the test result, parts are replaced (if needed), the software is updated and its functionality is tested.

Every refurbished tech we offer belongs to the Klyk grading system. It is important to check the grading before buying.

We offer a one year warranty for every product purchased from us. If you find any issues, please contact us at shop@helloklyk.com and we will sort it out for you.

We cannot guarantee that every product is in stock, as it depends on the availability of the item itself and its spare parts. You are welcome to sign up for back-in-stock notifications and we will email you once it is available.

We currently accept payments made from PayPal or any other popular credit/debit card.

We accept refunds in accordance with our policy.

Some items are standard rated for VAT. If you require a VAT invoice, please email us at shop@helloklyk.com.

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Select the order you want to cancel on Your Order section. Once you receive an email confirmation, your order is officially cancelled.

We are using DPD for every shipment. DPD covers local, national and international shipment.

We offer free shipping for purchases over £30.

We accept product returns. Step by step return instructions: 

- Please remove your iCloud account and perform a factory reset on the device. We do not accept any returns of devices with signed iCloud account and/or password protected devices.

Pack the items you're returning.

We will send you a return shipping label. Once you receive your return shipping label, get your returned items and follow the instructions to complete your return.

Attach the label to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.

Give the package to DPD.

Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it.
